What are the benefits?

Kundalini activation through Shaktipat can lead to:

✅ Expansion of consciousness and a deeper spiritual connection
✅ Energetic realignment and purification of the energy centers (chakras)
✅ Release of emotional and karmic blockages
✅ Awakening of inner power
✅ A deep sense of being guided in all life choices
✅ Attraction of events that support personal evolution
✅ A feeling of well-being, mental clarity, and inner peace

This powerful technique requires no effort from the recipient. It works according to what the person is ready to integrate, respecting their natural evolution.

If you feel called to this inner transformation, allow yourself to be guided by the energy and embrace the unexpected.

Kundalini Shaktipat Practice

During a Kundalini Shaktipat session, energy is directly transmitted to the recipient by the Shaktipat Master. This transmission can trigger various manifestations, such as spontaneous movements (Kriyas), sensations of heat, inner visions, or a deep sense of peace. Each experience is unique and aligns with the recipient’s spiritual path.

How does a session take place?

The Technique: Kundalini Shaktipat

Shaktipat is a spontaneous spiritual practice designed to lead to Self-realization. Kundalini energy triggers automatic movements called kriyas in the disciple.
This is why this yoga is also called the path of automatic meditation or Siddha-yoga.

It's also worth noting that it's Shakti herself who practices meditation, whether on the level of body, mind or intellect. The disciple has absolutely no effort to make; the only thing required is surrender to divine power. Only divine Shakti knows exactly when and how to manifest.

To practice this meditation is simply to allow the divine power to unfold within us. This Shaktipat method differs radically from other teachings which require the commitment of the individual will, where we are obliged to follow practices and master techniques. These various schools teach the individual to use his or her own will, to do rather than let be done, and to acquire a vast amount of knowledge in spiritual matters. You're asked to perform ceremonies, to practice yoga postures or to continually fight against the intrusion of any unwanted thoughts that might jeopardize your peace of mind.

None of this is necessary on the Shaktipat path; all you have to do is sit in total surrender. And, depending on one's nature and state of spiritual awareness, different experiences on the emotional and intellectual planes occur of their own accord.
