During our 90-minute session, We will start with a conversation to set goals and expectations.
We will then do a well-being exercise to reach a modified state of consciousness, and then we will move on to the Kundalini Shaktipat session.
After the session, we'll discuss your experience and guide you on how to continue supporting your healing and well-being at home.
