Since I was a kid, I've always felt drawn to the invisible and the mysterious. Yes, I know—it sounds a bit odd! Picture a child who, every night before going to sleep, would sway side to side to feel a kind of "energy" at the bottom of his belly. My parents must have wondered if everything was okay up there!
As the years went by, I set out to explore the world… only to realize that everything I was searching for was already within me (classic, right?). Then one day, while in self-hypnosis, my spiritual essence took over, as if to say, “Step aside, I’ve got this!”
Since then, I've been accompanying people who want to discover and awaken their own energy, without having to swing from one side to the other (although...). Together, we unleash that inner power we call Kundalini, and get closer to who we really are.

Kundalini is a bit like a spiritual espresso: a powerful energy that lies dormant in all of us, just waiting to be awakened. When it's awakened, it transforms the way we see life, our connection with ourselves, and even our environment!
